I am really fazt to Fitbit so I am just learning some of these things about my diet. When you think of a diet as a quick fix, rather than a long-term solution to better your health, you will be more likely to give up and gain back the weight you lost. That does not mean you need to do a cleanse or detox. You just went off fitbit! Have a menu that fits my work all night, sleep all day routine?
